Account security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify support of suspected unauthorised access. Access may be limited by the device allowance associated with your account.

Permitted use

The service is licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not resell access, share credentials, scrape or reverse engineer the service, bypass access controls, overload systems or use the service unlawfully.

Subscriptions

Plan duration, product entitlement, taxes and the final price are shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, access ends when the paid period ends and does not guarantee renewal at the same price.

No advice or guaranteed availability

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security threats, payment failure, credential sharing, abuse or material breach of these terms. Lawful rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
