Does a green or red dot predict market direction?
No. A dot marks a completed structure in the monitored contract. It is a neutral confirmation reference, not a forecast or an instruction to trade.
What does the Q score mean?
Q2–Q9 is an internal quality context based on observable conditions such as candle structure, nearby strike support and market context. A higher score does not guarantee a profitable outcome.
Does Tez Signal place options orders?
No. Tez Signal does not connect the confirmation workflow to automatic order placement. The user independently decides whether, when and how to act.
Can I use Replay without a subscription?
Yes. A free account includes Replay for product familiarisation and historical practice. Live and current-trading-day access requires an eligible subscription.
What is included with a free account?
A free account provides replay-mode access for learning and platform evaluation. It does not include live or current-trading-day data.
Does one login work for Stocks and Options?
Yes. Tez Signal uses one account, but Stocks and Options subscriptions are purchased independently. There is no combined bundle initially.
Do paid plans guarantee trading results?
No. A subscription provides software access only. It does not guarantee profit, prevent loss or include personalized investment advice.
Are taxes included?
The amount and any applicable taxes should be shown at checkout. Review the final order summary before payment.
Is Tez Signal an investment adviser or research recommendation service?
No. Tez Signal is market-analysis and decision-support software. It does not provide personalized suitability advice or individual buy, sell or hold recommendations.
Can the scanner or confirmation score be wrong?
Yes. Data can be delayed, unavailable or incorrect, and a condition can fail after appearing valid. Independently verify market data and risk before acting.

They are separate documented manual workflows used to explain Options dashboard observations. They are not personalised recommendations or automated order services.
Does a Q8 or Q9 score mean an option will perform better?
No. Q-score labels describe predefined observable conditions. They are not a probability, expected-return estimate, suitability rating or guarantee of outcome.
Can I use Options Replay for current-day data?
No. Options Replay is for historical sessions where data is available and excludes the current day.
Does Tez Signal calculate actual broker charges or execute risk controls?
No. Actual exposure depends on fill, lot size, fees, spread, slippage and gaps. Tez Signal does not place orders or automate trailing stops.
